What’s the difference between ทยอย and ทะยอย because I think it’s the same pronunciation
And you write clinic with a long vowel คลินิก klii-nik, did you do a mistake ?

I want to be your student, can i?

ไอศครีม ‘sounds’ like the way to spell it. It’s Cream with a hard C, a ‘K’ sound.
ไอศกรีม is a hard G, which would make it be Ice Gream.
