Sticky Rice Burgers

Friday March 29, 2013 by Mod 9 Comments

Today I was craving for a beef burger so I went to Mos Burger in a shopping mall in my neighborhood and order Yakiniku Burger. When the burger arrived I was surprised that I didn't see the softy buns but  two round disks of sticky rice! I realized later that it was my own mistake that I didn't notice that it says rice burger. Although I have heard and seen of sticky rice … [Read more...] about Sticky Rice Burgers

The Tale of the Stupa and a Small Box of Rice

I spent my long weekend at the beach in Pranburi. You can read more information about this lovely and peaceful beach village … [Read more...] about VIDEO: Practice Your Thai Listening Skills

Long Weekend Visit to Pranburi

Friday March 1, 2013 by Mod 9 Comments

Last weekend was a long weekend in Thailand because of the Buddhist holiday – Makhabucha Day. My family and I always like to go out of Bangkok to have a short break from the big city scenery. Pranburi came to my mind although I never thought of going there because I thought the beach was not pretty. However, I decided to go and I didn't regret my decision. Pranburi … [Read more...] about Long Weekend Visit to Pranburi
