We would like to encourage you to practice more listening skills. Listening is every bit as important to learning as reading, writing and speaking. Listening will help you to improve your understanding of the language and your pronunciation.
So this lesson we created a quick conversation for you to listen. You will be listening to the conversation twice. The first round we will let you listen without translation. Don’t get frustrated if you don’t understand much. The second round you can listen and read the subtitle.
We will also explain 5 key phrases at the end so you can learn the structure of the sentences we use. So I recommend make sure that you have a pen, some paper and make sure you are going to stay active during this lesson. Because when you are active that is when your brain makes those connections that it needs to really remember things.
Then we would like to suggest you to listen to the clip for the third time without reading the subtitle and you will see that you understand the conversation better than the first round.
If you are ready to improve your listening skills, let’s start!

Kruu Mod,
Thanks for the lesson. In the video, you use ไวั Wai) two times in the conversation. I tried to find out the exact meaning from the dictionary but failed. Can you please me know what is the right meaning? Thank you.

Thank you for the lesson. It was good that MOD had the important bits up on the white background.
The writing at the bottom of the screen .when you were having the conversation especially the red coloured writing was unreadable on my phone. And went away too quickly.Maybe it works on a bigger screen. .

This is a really nice video and very useful, thank you so much!. However, I would suggest trying to improve your recording setup for future videos, and by this, I mean sound recording. The sound levels were very different between the two friends. I constantly had to turn the volume up and down. However, I hope you will make more videos like this 🙂
