Today I’m going to test you on your grammar, and I want you to comment below with your score. Be honest and truthful because it is unlikely that you will get all the answers right. 🙂
Before we get started, this video is for advanced beginners. If you find this test too difficult for you, please try this test. However if you think it is too easy for you please stay tuned for the next test for intermediates.
Get out your pen and paper, and write down the answers. Let’s get started with the quiz!
The 12 questions in the quiz are based on these lessons I have previously made;
- Understand Thai verb to Be : https://bit.ly/2HxqupR
- Classifiers is Essential to Speak Like a Thai: https://bit.ly/2ydyVka
- Making Requests: https://bit.ly/2UyZ5I5 and https://bit.ly/2TxeOuJ
- Telling Time: https://bit.ly/2TA2jOR
Let me know in the comment section below how well you did. 🙂

I score myself 7..75, counting off partially when I wasn’t exactly right. I used a different sentence for the final question, but think I was correct. Many errors using different words for ‘a lot.’
Eddie says
I got 7/10

Hi Mod
I’m waiting for the intermediate test. This was too easy for me. Some of the sentences do be translated a few different ways so even if I didn’t translate every sentence word for word, my sentences were all still correct.
Thanks Mod
Steve

Chris says
Only 5 right ??
Hugh says
excellent. We learn faster when challenged to think and produce results. With videos, such as YouTube, there is a tendency to ‘fog out’, and not really absorb things. Also it showed problems with my spelling!
Richard Creaser says
One.
Clearly, time to give up.
James Simmons says
At least you got one – same as me! 🙂 Don’t give up Richard
Alan Hill says
I got many sentences half right haha!
I shall try harder next time.
Thank you for your very helpful videos.
Steve says

Hello, I had 3 answers right 🙁 I’ve been learning thai for a while now. This was a bit difficult for me. But that’s OK. Thank you for your mails. I’ve learned a lot from your videos. ผมพูดภาษาไทยได้นิดหน่อยครับ

Hi Mod,
I got only 3 completely right, 6 answers were partly right (so that a native speaker might have guessed what I was saying), and 3 were completely wrong.
