Both Mod and Pear??? How are you able to speak near native quality English? I saw where Mod spent 3 months in the USA, but that is not enough. How do you keep your English so sharp? [Interestingly in Mod’s about page where she talks about being in the USA for 3 months, she talks about being in a “programme”. Funny, this is the British spelling of program. In the USA it is just “program.” You were not wrong; just talking about America with British spelling.] I’d say you’re both native quality Engilish speakers. (I can help you with the few little accent issues … Joking..). In America I was married to a Cambodian who came over as a refugee in 1982 and she spoke near native quality but not as good as you two. She knew what her English weaknesses were, but in active conversation often got things backwards. Nalak. I’ve been living in Thailand 6 years. Love your videos.

Is Pom rak khun correct? I thought it was considered incorrect by Thais because of the formal ‘khun’. I thought Pom rak ter was more correct.
I use the pronoun “pom” and “khun” for standard examples. Thai pronouns are actually more complicated, there are more than 10 terms to choose from depending on the age, social status, situation, or personal choice etc.
