สวนของลุงรวย

วันนี้วันดี มีนากับมานี ได้ไปเที่ยวสวนของลุงรวย

Today is a good day. Meena and Manee get to visit uncle Ruay’s garden.

สวนของลุงรวยซ้วยสวย อยู่ใกล้ลำห้วย

Uncle Ruay’s garden is so beautiful located near a creek.

ปลูกกล้วย ปลูกบ๊วย ปลูกดอกแพงพวย สวยๆทั้งนั้น

He grows bananas, plums, watercress. They are all beautiful.

นั่นด้วงอยู่บนจอมปลวก ใต้ต้นมะม่วงที่ใบร่วงๆ

That is a beetle on a termite hill under a mango tree that the leaves are falling.

ลุงรวยมีแมวอ้วน ชอบนอนในเปลญวน ไม่กวน ไม่ข่วนใครๆ

Uncle Ruay has a fat cat, he likes to sleep in a hammock and doesn’t disturb or scratch anyone.

ลุงรวยชวนไปเก็บกล้วย เด็กๆสวมหมวกไปช่วยเก็บกล้วย

Uncle Ruay asks the kids to pick bananas. The kids put the hats on to help picking bananas.

กล้วยเยอะอย่างนี้ ทำอะไรกันดี คิดซิ คิดซิ

These many bananas, what shall we do? Let’s think about it.

กล้วยเชื่อม กล้วยตาก กล้วยฉาบ หรือกล้วยบวชชี

Bananas in syrup, dried bananas, banana crips or banana in coconut milk.

ทำอะไรกันดี เลือกกัน เลือกกัน

What shall we do? Let’s choose.

ลุงรีบบอก ลุงมีกะทิดี มาซิ มาซิ มาทำกล้วยบวชชีกัน

The uncle hurriedly tell “I have good coconut milk, come on let’s make banana in coconut milk.”

เด็กๆช่วยเตรียมกะทิ น้ำตาล เกลือ

The kids help preparing coconut milk, sugar, salt,

กล้วยสวยๆ ถ้วยและกระบวย

Beautiful bananas, bowls and ladles.

เด็กๆกับลุงรวย ช่วยกันทำอย่างดี

The kids and uncle Ruay are helping each other very well.

มาซิ มาซิ มากินกล้วยบวชชีกัน

Come on, let’s eat the banana in coconut milk!

    I noticed a different letter in the title of the book here compared to the book you show ของ.
    I supposed it was not on purpose?
    thank you very much for this lesson
    If you can recomand a collection of that sort of books for non thaï learners?

      I am sorry I am not sure which letter is different in the title of the book? It is “ข”.
