Sawatdee ka,
I think you might like to have some fun with Thai language with your Thai friends, so my younger brother and I made this video clip. Try to do it very slowly first, get fimiliar with the words, tones, vowels an then add the speed, make it quicker then make it really really fast!
My tip: Don’t be afraid to make mistakes;)
1. ระนอง ระยอง ยะลา
Rá-nong Rá-yong Yá-laa
They are names of three provinces in Thailand.
2. หมู หมึก กุ้ง
mŭu mùek gûng
pork, squid, shrimp
3. หุง อุ่น ตุ๋น ต้ม นึ่ง
hŭng ùn dtŭn dtôm nûeng
to cook rice, to heat up , to stew, to boil , to steam
ํYou can also make it more fun by switching to say it backward :
นึ่ง ต้ม ตุ๋น อุ่น หุง nûeng ùn dtŭn dtôm hŭng (to steam, to warm , to stew, to boil, to cook rice)
4. ในถ้ำ มีผี มีหมี มีหีบ
nai tâm, mii mĭi, mii pĭi, mii hìip
In the cave, there is a bear, there is a ghost, there is a trunk.
I hope you enjoyed this lesson. Let me know in the comments below if you like to learn more of Thai tongue twister:)

Hi Mod, I used to teach English in Thailand with English tongue twisters. Try these:-
Red Lorry, Yellow Lorry (repeat quickly)
Around the rugged rock the ragged rascal ran.
I’m not a pheasant plucker I’m the pheasant pluckers son I’m sitting plucking pheasants till the pheasant plucker comes. (difficult to say without swearing)
